Useful Resources & Support

Welcome to our community support and signposting directory.

While our one-to-one therapy sessions provide a dedicated, private space to process your experiences and work toward healing, I believe in supporting your mental health holistically. This page is designed to connect you with trusted local services in Dorset and established national charities that can offer specialized care, peer support, and practical day-to-day tools alongside your private counseling.

Please note: Private counseling is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis, feeling unable to keep yourself safe, or require urgent assistance outside of our scheduled clinic hours, please utilize the 24/7 crisis numbers or walk-in spaces listed below immediately.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger of serious physical harm, please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
